VW Beetle Window Regulator

Thanks to my Bambulab X1C and its capabilities, I received a request to design and print a window regulator for a very old VW Beetle.

We measured the old gear together and then attempted to reproduce it in OnShape. After several iterations, we achieved our first “production-ready” print using PETG filament.
